the fast moving comet Hyakutake near Polaris

on a cold night in February, 2001, this comet raced through the system sporting
an extreme tail... It had been overcat so I wasn't planning an image, but about 11PM
went out for a look. right between the trees, Nan calls this her favoirte ever...

Telescope	Nikon 28mm/2.8 Q
Camera	Nikon F3, Kodak PMC color negative
Exposure	one frame, thirty minutes at f 2.8
Guiding	riding piggyback on the 10 inch LX 200 classic, guided on the comet with a Pictor 201 X, the prototype.
Software	Photoshop 4, from color neg scanned in with epson ??
